So I had ordered up the package...only to get a phone call Saturday afternoon saying that they could only get 3 tyres....I said no good to me...so then spent hours trying to source 1 other tyre....in the end I contacted Demon Tweeks who had the Wheel and tyre package in stock...£80 cheaper and will have next day delivery....cancelled the other order...Hopefully get the money back asap.....they were not happy...but like I said 3 tyres are no use to me. See how long it takes to get refund!!!

Tha Saga continues...
As I had mentioned I had to cancel and order with LK Performance as they could only get 2 or 3 tyres. After frantic calls I managed to secure the 4 wheels I wanted and 4 Yokohama Ad08R tyres ...Now I did get the guy to check and double check that he had them in stock.."yes yes" we have them here and will be with you tomorrow( Tuesday). I scurried home expecting wheels to be there...nothing.. no card etc etc.... well Ok it was only the next day. So 2 pm I thought I'd better call Demon Tweeks just to confirm that they were going to arrive toady! "No sir as we only have 2 tyres in stock" I must admit I went a bit Batshit crazy, so after a quick look to see what they do have in stock and I made the decision to put some federal 959 RS-R on instead of the Yoko AD08R's They have fairly good reviews just not in same league as the Yokos.
Once Im back from the Euro trip it may be a case of requesting that they send me the Yokos once they have stock and sending the part worns back.... Whats the chances they will go for that.

Certainly doesn't feel like that.. Everytime I go round a corner your another 50 -100 yards behind me :o  ... I have to slow the hippo down...

""De Dion can offer fixed camber in roll and squat, no jacking effect when cornering and – with the right linkages - an absolutely fixed geometric roll centre, none of which are easy to achieve with an independent suspension system without creating serious side effects elsewhere. In the kit car world, De Dion can also minimise problems due to incorrect geometry (whether due to poor manufacturing accuracy or poor assembly/set-up by the builder); an independent system with the wrong rear toe settings, for example, will handle like a shopping trolley with a wobbly castor, whereas it is easy to jig-up a De Dion so that the toe settings are automatically within reasonable tolerances""
