the difference Russ would be that the course could be set up as per the MSA Sprint, which i believe covers both sections, and therefore you'd get a longer/more challenging run, with some potential for tuition and maybe a proper bit of timing to create the feeling of doing a sprint.
I'm just wondering if it would be poss to do the same thing without having to bump the numbers up to keep the cost down?

J, not dissing the idea, just trying to see the practicalities, esp as numbers for these things seem to be limited on uptake.....hence if could do this for similar bucks to what we normally do, with that kind of number of folks - ie/. by adapting whats done already, could be a winner?

ooh ooh, almost missed this - yes it was 58.8 seconds - which was way faster than anyone else that day, way way faster - in fact - I won!!!
