Hi,
Just joined, been thinking about building a kit car for many years, just kids and life always seem to get in the way. Had the idea of buying an already built one first as a quicker option .
Friend of mine bought one recently and then decided it wasn't for him. Luckily for me I was in the right place at the right time and bought it.
Seems now, doing a bit of research on here my Tiger is a bit of a legend, being Martins old one.
It's a great car, nicely built and seem well sorted.
Been out a few times in it now and am very happy with it.
In time I'll have many questions to ask, but for now I'm just enjoying driving it.
Regards
Andy
Photo to follow as soon as I've sussed how.

Hello and welcome to SKCC
I'm glad Martin's car found a good home, he did a lot of improvements on it.

Re: Hi all.
Hi, you've taken the route many of us have had to take after years of dreaming. 20 odd years in my case when as you say other things just got in the way. Still dream of a full build but should just have bought a built one well before I did.
I'll bet you have huge grin every time you sit in it. Great felling isn't it. Even better getting out with others.
Have fun.

Hi Andy and welcome to the club. Great to see the Martin's car back in the club. You made a good decision both in terms of the car and the club. I'm not bias at all.
Hope to see you out soon.
Once again welcome.

Hi Andy,
firstly welcome onboard and to the world of Kits....It would be goo dto know whereabouts you are in Hants, maybe you can amend your profile? It helps when folks are planning get togethers etc and looking for 'car buddies' in their area....
Martins car was a bargain, it had a lot of extras and am sure you'll have a hoot learning it and driving it....

Re: Hi all.
Thanks for the warm welcome, kinda hoping Martin would say Hi as I'd love to know exactly what I've bought. I've amended my profile, I live in Portsmouth.
Here's a photo of car at the moment. Got a few ideas for it, but mainly just cosmetic bits and bobs on it. Just to put my own stamp on it.
Looking forward to some runs in it, shame I found out about the run on Sunday too late.
