While at Stoneleigh KitCar Show someone commented about my new CNC boot badge I can't remember who, I had person=>car overload. and they mentioned about how cool an SKCC CNC badge would be, damn that's alot of C's ...
If someone has the original SKCC image and no one has any objections, I could convert it into gcode and knock up some test badges the same size as the stickers. I will share the gcode so if anyone else has a CNC machine they can run it ...
The gcode for my daxro badge took about 1h 50m to run on my little home built machine

Re: SKCC CNC Badge ?
Thanks for emailing the SKCC image.
I simplified the design for testing purposes removed the tag lines as the text was to fine for the moment ...
Generated the gcode I will upload this to github soon in case anyone else wants to have a go, fixed down some 3mm aluminium sheet for a test piece, setup a 3mm carbide burr and set it off run time 194 minutes quite a long run but I have set it up for a fine step over.
Anyway some images ...

Re: SKCC CNC Badge ?
First test badge is done cut out and quickly autosol polished, dimensions after cutting width: 85mm height: 115mm, 3hours 10 minutes
The SKCC text is a decent size without losing any of the test on the smaller part of the font.
I think it needs some text at the bottom but it can't be much. like SOUTHERN or KIT CARS or as it is, I will leave that up to you guys n girls.
Anyway what do you think ...

That looks great Dave. How do you attach it to the car?
