Engine balancing work ? were ?

Hi

One of my winter plans is to rebuild my favourite engine, as the current one leaks oil, and is down on power, and is out of balance, as I had to use the wrong flywheel

Who do you guys use for any machine work, and balancing, preferably in the south east Surrey Sussex Kent area
