The Fury has a boot! OK, still no boot lid, but the boot's almost finished, the stiffening up round the gaping hole & the filler is all sorted. Back on the road 1st March :D

Granted I'll not be taking any wardrobes to the tip in it like I did with the Zaf last week, but it's a useable size for a weekend - 24 French letters & a toothbrush (yeah - I wish)

So, today I rolled the Fury out of the garage, re-fitted the driver's side pod & ran the engine up to temp. It climbed to 80 on the gauge & pretty much stayed there, which suggests that the belly pan isn't keeping the heat in too much, on Weds It'll be taxed, so I'll give it a proper testing then :D .

Took the Fury out after work - no probs except I went out to fill it with fuel, then realised the jubilee clip at the bottom of the fuel filler hose wasn't done up, so I could only half fill it  . Then the air machine was U.S. but the car went well :D .

Took the Fury in for MoT this afternoon, for the first time it passed first time - EXCEPT, it's one month + one day before it runs out, so I had to ask them to fail it so it can pass a re-test tomorrow & get the full 13 months - DOH!

Anyway, got some pics of the belly pan while it was up nice & high:-
