I did the same as Tony H but a window company in Anerley area and got 2 cut, copying the broken one for a great price.

I was planning on getting one made by Pilkingtons for my next project. Laminated and E marked, cut to a pattern I supply for about £140 inc IIRC. Not cheap, but not horrendous. I've also used a local glass merchant to cut me a toughened one for the Westfield in the past - just gave them the old cracked one as a pattern. That was really cheap.
