Guys n gals its getting close!
So for the newbies...we do a group meet & run to pay our respects at a Memorial nr Pulborough in west sussex.
We meet at the Chalet Cafe at Cowfold around 9 'ish ( normally there's 1-2 runs arranged from the East/West to get there) and we have a healthy full english before leaving at 10.00 for a convoy type run to the Memorial, aiming to get there for around 10.40 ( quietly )...we pay our respects, lay a wreath and go on our merry way.

It's not compulsory, but we suggest that attendees ( or even those that can't make it) drop a donation of a fiver towards the cost of the wreath....the surplus goes to Help For Heros. Pls put your name down for the run /donation.
