cold, ice, sun puddles ....but a bl**dy good run in the sun just the same.
it def was chilly at newlands corner at 07-00 this AM
once assembled and moving the roads were very good, too many 30mph limits at the start
but soon opening up,
the rear of my car was moving around so much i thought maybe it had invented some new dance steps!
a couple of ice slippy bits where the car moved a bit toooo much for my liking , oh poo i thought
still, slow it was not.. with chris leading we made excellent progress until ...he missed a turn and suddenly i was out front...after the others turned around i was soon caught stuck behind a couple "sunday just fell out of bed types ".we did manage to set of the speed camera on the other side of the road,
but no lines in the rd our side ....we will find out when the postman comes
the view from the tony stop was really great overlooking the valley and acres of green, with clear blue skys...and sunshine... oh yes lots of sunshine, looovelly it was
(hope someone took a pic).
rich managed to NOT notice that the car in front of him had all but stopped , and so some heavy brake
pressure was applied and two 6ft snakes of rubber were left behind...burnt rubber ...Mmm nice

.
we arrived to find the car park was beginning to fill...loads of space really..but it was pay n display..
but we didn't
a nice venue we decided with views over the lake, i didnt have a b/fast so others will no doubt let us know the quality / price...coffee was only £1.90.
a couple of pics, one at newlands & the other at the T stop
