Wanted - Engine Crane and Stand

Hello All! I've been lurking on here for a while while buying a house etc., but I am now close to getting a kit in my life. In preparation for this (and 2 donor cars) I am building up the tools I am missing, which include an engine crane and stand.

Before I head to Machine Mart with a fist full of cash, does anyone near(ish) to Brighton have one getting in the way in their garage that they want to:

- Get someone else to store it for a few years?
- Rent out for some beer tokens?
- Sell?
