Brooklands New Year's Day gathering

I'm planning on going to this and I wondered if anyone else wanted to and maybe do a small run before/to the event. The gates open at 9 apparently but I'm thinking get there just before as the Q to get in can be quite big

I planned to be there anyway with the little man in tow. It’s around the corner relatively speaking and we have membership. Rude not too.

We had a good scenic run to Brooklands this morning a couple of quite rough roads, a bunch of about 6 pheasants that were blocking the road and I think I found just about every lane that has a 40 speed limit
Brooklands was very busy we had a bit of breakfast and then a wander around all the cars, there was a lot of very nice cars and some unusual stuff too. I didn’t take any photos but have got some video of the run which I’ll sort out later

Best run of the Year
Some of the best roads for cars like ours, apart from someone put speed limits on them. Really!! 30 and 40mph on roads like that. Anyway, hope there wasn’t any speed cameras.

No cyclists, but like matt said 6 Phesants that wouldn’t move out of the road.

Get into Brooklands was very busy, but we manage to go in with the supercars so pretty much drove straight in and parked. once we got over the deadly speed bumps
