Right, i know that various folks have said that they are having issues with the site; either having to log in repeatedly, or possibly not being able to log in at all.
The problem that i'm having in trying to rectify this is that the adjustments that I can make will potentially mean a need for members to clear the cache/cookies etc on their own browsers. It seems the issue stems around cookies from the forum/site....
I;m going to make a change to the site today and will leave that chance running for a full 24/48 hrs.
During that time it would be handy if folks that know my private/work email ID can ping me to tell me their findings - as to whether the change has improved/worsened things.
BUT - i would ask for a simple message such as;
when / how often tried
using which browsers ( ideally try more than 1)
whether its on a pc or phone (ideally try both)
and confirm whether you've cleared cookies/cache out of those browsers.
Without that kind of detail i'm stumbling in the dark....i'll pop a further note WHEN i have made that change so you know when the clock is ticking from. Ta.

Re: SKCC Forum issues
right i've made the change - so from now for 48 hrs if you can't 'get in' then try another browser, try getting ride of cookies/cache etc in your browser and as requested those that know my personal email ID/work one, let me know how you find things.
