1/4 British Standard Pipe thread

I need some help.

Does anybody own a 1/4 BSP tap and tapping drill that I could borrow. I could probably find a drill of close enough size but I am stumped for a tap. I have looked and tried everywhere to buy one of these but nobody seems to stock taps for pipe threads anymore.

Yes it is for my Westie. I need to drill and tap this thread in the top of the alloy rocker cover for a catch tank take off.

(There must be a few plumbers out there with one of these lurking at the bottom of their too box, surely).

Loads on ebay, just put "1/4 BSP tap" in the search box.

Only just joined so not seen before; have you sorted your 1/4BSP tap can suppy tap & taping drill on loan if still required.
