Hi everyone I'm Steve. I live up norf in lincoln lol but quite liked the look of the forum so I joined and I'm a complete petrol head.

I own a locust 7 running triumph dolly running gear and a burton 1700 xflow, twin 40 webers on it.
I'm going to sell this one tho as I'm a bike mechanic by trade and want a wide body kit that I can squeeze a gl1500 lump in.

Also own a Suzuki bandit 1250,Yamaha Vmax1200 trike,Porsche 924 and 2 Mitsubishi gto tt,s.

Appears we have a hopeless case! Welcome mate.

Bandit - still a stonker. I once took an unfaired Bandit 1200 to very silly speeds and it is one of the all time off the shelf bad boys.

Vmax - still has something super cool about it. A funny one really - can be anything from a mid life crisis to an absolute animal in my experience. I'd love one.

924 - never been in one. Retro cool though I think.

GTO - nearly bought one on several occasions. Wish I'd had the balls to now. The thought of the four wheel steer and engine repairs scared the crap out of me when it came to it.

Oh and you have a kit car!

Not at the minute thanks. Although where? I'm really busy at work and I'm off camping with a few mates over the b/h weekend so I got to get my stuff ready for that.

Lol I was taking the mother in law for a spin. Squeezing them in here and there. I gave the wife one of the gto's to run and my Porsche is currently at my mums place waiting to find a new owner.

Welcome Steve, not sure if you're our most northern member now? Me and my other half Paul (zxr400) are in Peterborough, so just up the road  We'll be passing near-ish you on the first day of this year's SKCC Tour, 2nd may, so if you hear a lot of noise and news of multi-coloured cavelcade in the neighbourhood, that's us. Looks like you'd fit right in.
