Hi Pete, welcome! Where are you located? Love that colour, that blue really pops!
Re: Hi, from a ZX14r powered Fury owner!!
Thanks, I'm in Waterlooville.
I like the blue but the perfectionist in me still thinks it needs a respray as there are a few scratches etc....

Re: Hi, from a ZX14r powered Fury owner!!
Pete - ask Jeffw about exhaust coating, only one i remember is zirotec .....
brake bias....that shouldnt make them feel spongey, that should only determine the bias between front and rear....but you could wind it as far as sensible toward the front and see what that gives you as a first step. Next would be maybe to double check that the mc's are the right sort of size, from memory .7 front and .75 rear.......then dble check that the calipers are bled correctly, some have 2 vavlves per caliper.....other than that you're into pedla ratio's etc, but if its a standard sort of pedal box ( ie/ not a 1 off ) then no reason why you should experience something that others arent!

Haha, join us for a few morning runs, and scratches will be the least of your worries. Or even better: a road trip. Look at this:
