So you've just joined, why not say a few words to introduce yourself - a bit about you, your car - whatever!

Hi Guys,

A rather nice chap from a company our college deals with (Colin from Southerns) told me about this site.

I'm Chris, i teach electronic and mechanical engineering in Bromley college.

I recently bought a MX5 Saturn chassis Locost type car for a very very good price.

Here is a link to a few photos for you all.

Im pretty handy in the mechanical workshop and have already started a few custom parts....will remember to take the camera to work and start snapping.

Even before "the nice chap" himself posted up, I realised you must have meant "Wingco" because he has truly embraced the club philosophy that it's illegal to do anything without photos - and clearly passed it on!

Welcome, and keep the photos coming :D

Hello Chris and Welcome. Photos tick, skills tick. If you can dish out and take banter in an immature and schoolboy but friendly and none nasty like manner you'll fit in perfectly round here sir.

Hope to see you out on a run soon. Oh and remember if you find yourself losing motivation at any point in the build justpost up on one of the many run outs asking for a passenger ride and one of us will step up and re motivate as best we can.

Once again welcome.

........ Neil
