Sierra steering wheel

Postby Dave Z » Fri Sep 12, 2014 9:23 pm

Does anyone have a steering wheel i can borrow, near Reading.

I have my MOT tomorrow and the steering lock doesnt work with my existing steering wheel and i have been told it will fail if it doesnt work.

Hi Thanks

Probably a bit far though for tomorrow. (dont think you would appreciate me turning up on the doorstep in two hours time :) )

Was thinking i might just tape the catch up so it doesnt appear to be there and they might not query it.

Passed with no issues!

Took a jeep replica once and the ignition was damaged so a separate switch had been fitted. I had to either hide old switch or replace with correctly working switch including lock mechanisms as it wouldnt be as designed.

Not sure why you would have to do that with the switch news to us young and old
