Seats

Postby Dave Z » Sun Feb 26, 2017 10:37 pm

Hi all

That old question of which seats are good. I fitted a cheap and cheerful set from GBS when I built mine but find they are not comfortable.
I see a lot of you are using the GRP style, and they are available in different sizes, so may fit the larger sized lads like me.
Are there any particular makes to look at and what is recommended?

Thanks
Dave

Thanks , have you got the upholstery for these as well or just the bare seats.

Go for the upholstery, its only about 10mm thick but makes all the difference. I've yet to order it for my new seats, though had some on my old JK seat in the V Storm.

think seats are one of those things that can look the same and yet be so different.....had a pair of MK grp's and hated them, yet they looked like my Triton seats.....which are soooo comfy even without padding. Plus there's the position in which they're fitted ( angle ) which can make a difference.
Come on a run Dave and jump in someones motor and see for yourself....
